Rooms are clean, free breakfast is good and filling, staff is polite, and almost as important as all of this...no children running up and down the halls yelling from 10-2A. It's just far enough from Disney to avoid that noise. Trust me, that's a thing in the O.C.

Staff is great and free parking is very accessible to local attractions but the hotel elevators are old and seemed unsafe. Walls are very thin and you can hear the other guests running or banging on the walls.
