False advertising on rooms. Room is too small, bed is a full size not a queen. TV doesn’t work. Bathroom is too small. Noisy nightclub across the street. Staff doesnt care if you voice concerns. We asked for blankets and towels to be brought to our room. It’s been an hour no one ever came. Horrible service never coming back.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would highly recommend it. We used it as a base to explore LA and loved how safe and clean the hotel felt. It was also a great location for visiting disneyland! The breakfast every morning was great and the hot food selection varied every morning which was nice to have a variety. Staff were friendly and helpful and the carpark was easy to find and use. Only slight negatives were the gym was quite small and the pool was closed (although staff did let us know we could use the sister hotels pool which was good!). Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

There were two people using drugs right in front of the door into the hotel from the parking structure. The maid tried to enter the room four times even after she was told we weren't leaving until 12 noon. They didn't have a DO NOT DISTURB sign, so we had to asnwer the door when the annoying maid kept coming back. The hotel is dirty and dingy and it's gross how they just paint over everything instead of repairing things properly. I.had another reservation there next month, and I immediately canceled it as soon as i checked out. Speaking of checking out, they called me an hour after I had checked out to see if I was still in the room. Why would I be there after I checked out?! I was already halfway home. Do NOT waste your time nor money staying at this dumpy hotel!!
