Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty good. We ate gluten free and selection was low for that. But we had eggs and fruit which was great. We were headed to Disneyland and it only took about 5 minutes to get there. If only the lines at Disneyland were as quick and easy. But the hotel was awesome!

Stay was great. We went to Disney the morning after checkout, realized we left a magic band in the room. Called and said we would come back this evening to pick it up. Night staff had “no idea” what we were talking about. Said they didn’t have access to housekeeping and couldn’t get it for us. (This was around 5:30-6 pm) said they would mail it to us. Next day manager called and apologized….Fast forward 5 days later we sent someone in the area we knew to get the magic band (after calling the day before) and night staff magically didn’t know what they were talking about again. Night staff was acting shady like they didn’t want to give it back. Finally got it back after some pushing. I don’t know if I would book this hotel again just because of this experience. Silly you can’t access housekeeping at 6pm at a hotel that housekeeping should be available most hours. I’m Calling BS.

Great stay, front desk staff excellent and friendly. Accommodated our requests and we had a nice quiet, clean room and enjoyed the extra pillows that we required. Breakfast was very good with high quality variety, hot and cold items and not pastry’s in plastic bags. Good location to Disney and Outlet stores. We will definitely stay at Ayres Hotels again.
