Staff was absolutely amazing . So caring and sweet to my children all the time. Also super helpful. The room was clean and large . Definitely a good bag for your buck. Full breakfast was included and amazing. It did take a couple requests to actually get pots and pans for the room and wish we had real silverware and plates rather than plastic but overall it was a great experience .

Very bad experience with this hotel. We had reservation for room with kitchen but when we checked room, there’s no utensils, other kitchen stuffC exhaust fan was not installed at all. Asked expedia customer care and reception as well and after 24 hours still we were not given items

Great stay with a couple minor inconveniences. 1. We booked a king suite. According to the pictures on Expedia that would include a full size fridge/freezer and a stove/oven. When we got to our room there was no stove/oven and just a small fridge. Front desk said the Expedia pictures aren’t accurate but they wouldn’t do anything about it. So unfortunately we had to change our entire menu we brought because there was no place to cook our food. I even called beforehand to ask if there would be cookware in our room and they said yes. 2. I called while we were at Disney and asked if the pool was heated. They said yes. It most definitely was not heated. The property is definitely old but still comfortable. Could’ve been cleaner inside the room but not horrible. Nice to have a suite with two separate rooms and the beds were comfy. Awesome location to Disney. Only took us 10-15 minutes to get to the parks. Breakfast was yummy. Overall I’d stay again, I’d just confirm what kind of room you’re actually getting

The Wi-Fi in the room was extremely weak and, despite following up multiple times, no action was taken. We were stuck for the entire weekend with no Wi-Fi service, which was horrible and very frustrating. The food was okay. On a positive note, the room was spacious.

Things that were great: Quiet hotel. No bugs. Staff was nice. Things that need working on: we called ahead of time and asked for cribs. At check in we confirmed 2 cribs and were told they would be right up. But we had to return 5 hours later and ask again as they still were not delivered. Also, the pool was not heated like the hotel listing stated. The ocean was warmer than the hotel pool.
