Desk clerk Claudia, (AM staff) was very rude and dismissive to both me and my spouse. We have chosen to stay at the FERA DoubleTree in Anaheim on several occasions for prior events. However, after our last visit to your hotel, I will gladly take my business elsewhere We were shocked and saddened by the staff assistance's attitude and behavior. Overall I’d say it was a “good” stay. Some issues I didn’t appreciate were the AC being as noisy as it was all night and waking us. Extremely loud and almost shaky sound. My biggest concern however is the parking, it’s not advertised but you’ll still have to pay $35-$40 fee for parking that’s not advertised on the hotel price. Oh yea! You also have to be sure to ASK about your breakfast “voucher”. They won’t tell you about it unless you ask them. If you don’t, you mind end up payin for breakfast out of pocket plus the add on.
