We booked a two bedroom room for two nights. The night we arrived they told us there is no two bed rooms available, and they can offer us one suite living room with sofa bed and have our first night free. We also confirmed with the hotel that we will got the refund from our credit card when we left. But it has been at least three weeks and we still did not have our refund back. I emailed Expedia they told us to go to the hotel. And I called the hotel they said that they did not received any money from Expedia and told us to go to Expedia, which totally makes no sense. The staff answer the call even hang up my call after I said this to them. I don’t understand why customer is the person to take all these given the hotel or the Expedia os the one missing our room and money??????????

This hotel was very clean and quiet. Conveniently had a Starbucks in the lobby if you are in a rush to get to Disney in the morning and don’t want to make an additional stop. The bar downstairs was cute also. My only complaint is having to pay $28 a day for parking.

Very nice hotel for the price. The only thing I did not like is the parking fee which is not disclosed until you get there. At night, the cheaper self parking is gone so you are force to valet or self park in a dark creepy garage in the back of the property. Bar and restaurant attendants were great! ALL Food was AMAZINGLY GOOD from breakfast to lunch/dinner. We experienced a false fire alarm at 7am in the morning. I felt the staff could have come over the intercom much sooner to let us know it was a false alarm. I ended up doing 17 flights of stairs for nothing! They should also ensure anyone with a handicapped person in their room is on a lower floor.

Definitely staying here again!
Came here for a little family stay-cation and was blown away at how beautiful the hotel was and the staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Location was great too, close enough to Disneyland that they offer bus services but far enough to not be in the busy area.
