The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the standing shower but it’s only available if you book a room with one bed. You can also hear the ambulances from the medical center next door. Before booking, I called the front desk to confirm that the deluxe rooms came with a microwave, since that was important to me as I was going to be bed ridden from surgery. They told me yes, the deluxe rooms have one, though they cost extra. So I decided to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived, however, there was no microwave in the room. I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said they had removed all of them recently. Also, I had just visited a month prior and booked the same room but just with double beds instead of one king bed and that room had a microwave. I’m not sure if they actually removed them in a span of a month, were lying about removing the microwaves, or just didn’t want to give me a room with one. I explained that I only booked the deluxe room because I was told it included a microwave, but the front desk said there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked what the difference was between the regular room and the deluxe one, and apparently, the only difference is that it’s on a higher floor — which doesn’t matter to me at all. Overall, the front desk wasn’t very helpful and didn’t make any effort to fix the situation. The room itself was decent, but the poor communication and lack of customer service really tainted the experience.

Great hotel and staff. Only issue is self parking is 35 dollars per day….a bit excessive in my opinion. Company needs to update their in & out card reader at the parking lot. The card rarely worked and we needed to buzz the attendant several times to exit the lot during our stay.

I stayed in two different rooms first two nights I was in a premium king size room. When asked if I could see Disneyland fireworks from my room they said yes but we weren’t able to. First attempt to eat in the restaurant they did not seem that busy but took the server/bartender around 10-15 minutes to get our drink order and food order. My son was super fussy and others around us got up and moved because my son crying and waiting was to much for them which is understandable since they were waiting just as long to be helped. For dinner we decided to do room service because we didn’t know how service in the restaurant would be. They show a limited menu for inroom dinnibg but when you call they tell you that you can actually order from the restaurant menu kinda pointless to have an inroom dining menu. Overbooked and couldn’t provide rooms to multiple guests. Check in is at 4pm but couldn’t check into rooms until 5pm. Poor management and customer service from the manager. Great location near Disneyland and a nice area overall. However, our check-in was pretty rough. We booked 3 months ahead, but when we arrived they said they were sold out, then had to create a new reservation for us. The front desk staff tried his best, but we waited in the lobby for an hour until the manager finally sorted it out. Not sure if this was a hotel or Expedia issue, but waiting that long after traveling all day was really frustrating.

For the price… old beat up furniture, broken drawers and broken showerhead, cheap tp, right next to a big hospital and fire station so ambulances and firetrucks all night long, no free continental breakfast, ADDITIONAL $35 parking fee… clean at least but will not stay there again. Way too expensive.

Unfortunately the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. My 5 year old son and I were awoken @ 5:50 am by the police attempting to arrest someone with a warrant in the room next to us. It was a full team of officers with huge guns and vests and helmets occupying the 7th floor. They were speaking on a megaphone to try and have the person come out of the room. From my understanding it became a dangerous situation, and we were told by police to leave our room because “the man in the room next to you has a weapon”. Not exactly the Disneyland morning we were expecting. After hastily dressing and packing, my terrified 5 year old son, my cousin and I rushed past the room and officers to the elevator. The front desk staff got us a new room so we could get ready and leave for the day. When I asked for a refund I was denied- due to booking through a 3rd party, and offered “complimentary breakfast” instead. Absolutely baffling considering our safety was in jeopardy, on their hands, and they thought some eggs and bacon would solve this problem. My son is still bringing up the incident and had expressed how scared and unsafe he felt. Horrible and traumatic experience, will not be stepping foot in this hotel again.
