Room was extremely dirty. There was hair in the shower, toilet and sink. When we addressed the issue you front desk l, housekeeping came in and removed the hair from the sink. We requested to speak to manager, he never got back with us. I'll more than likely be the last time I stay at that hotel. Pretty disappointing experience.

At arriving to the room i rated an excellent…but that all changed later on in the night. We were on the 3rd flloor, in a mini suite i believe. Noisy! People kept dropping weights inside the gym that was located on the same floor. Well past 11pm! Couldn’t rest. Woke up at 5am…didn’t notice it again until 6:30am and continues to proceed. It is now 8:30am and i keep getting woken up by thr drop of the weights l!

Cool outdoor space, pools were clean, food was expensive but pretty good. Restaurant space and room was sorta clean, not great. Restaurant and bar staff need a complete retraining. And WHY does the bar/restaurant a/c have to be set to freezing? One should not need a jacket to eat lunch or have a drink at the bar.

Check in was fast and easy. We booked Hotel Fera for our trip to Disneyland. It was good, clean and they even upgraded our room. The restaurant had good food and the drinks were tasty and strong. One thing I didn’t like was after our long day at Disney, we went up to our room and our key didn’t work. We had to go all the way back downstairs for them to give us a new key. For that, I had to give 4 stars. After a long hard day, the last thing I needed was for my room key to not work.
