We had booked the deluxe room. Our stay was great, reception was friendly and helpful, check in was seamless, there was a few of us who all booked seperately, but the reception adjusted to get us all together . The rooms are lovely, clean, comfy, it was honestly great.

Firstly the tariff charged was not as advertised. The room was allegedly one of ‘the newer rooms’ and wasn’t really worth the extra freight. Rudimentary kitchen-like facilities. Shower screen leaked like a sieve making the bathroom floor dangerous. Bed very uncomfortable.
