This was probably the worst kept and dirtiest hotel We have ever stayed in. The first room was unlivable, and so were the second and third. We went to the fourth option.And it still had hair on the sheets and pillows, was very poorly maintained, and there was wet toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom. There was mold in the corner and fingernail clipping, laying around.

Desk staff could not suggest where to park close to the room. Room smelled like old weed smoke, fungus or mold on the curtains, no towels at all and chipped dresser.

The hotel room could definitely benefit from some maintenance or a renovation. Ex. Bathroom tiles, toilet leaking, bathroom vent, etc. It's a budget-friendly place, and the staff is good. It's easy for us to check in and out. It would be really nice if they did some renovations, as people are traveling long distances and it's close to New York.

The pictures shown in the listing are from Holiday Inn which is nothing close to what you get from this hotel. For the price, yeah that's fine but you deserve the basics which this hotel doesn't provide.

Tried for an early check in as we were in town for a wedding. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and advised no early check ins were available. Told us to come back at 3! We returned at 3:15 to be rudely advised there were no rooms ready. By 3:25 we were provided a room. Room had no towels. Front desk provided us with hand towels and advised the washer and dryer was not working. They then provided us with pool towels that stank and were unusable! We were pressed for time so we couldn’t really complain too much. The ironing board was broken but we managed to fix that so we could iron our wedding clothes. When we checked out we advised of the stink of the towels and we received no apology or any other response, just an ok from the clerk.

You know what I don't like? Spending as much money as I did for what I would consider the worst room I've ever stayed in. You know what I hate worst? Waking up in the morning to blood, hair and unknown stains on my sheets. All of which were not from me. I slept in this and was unaware until the light of morning poured through the room. I asked myself not to make a big deal. So I went to the front desk to ask them to kindly take care of the sheets. I told them exactly what I saw and what I slept in. Gave them my room number and everything. No phone in room to contact front desk as well. The walk to my room was unreal. So there was also that. The room never got cleaned up and the sheets were never replaced. My room cards stopped working at 1 AM. So I had to make the mile long trek to the front desk to have that taken care of. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND STAY HERE! I contacted Hotels.com. They were on the phone for an hr with the hotel. Spoke with management. They wouldn't refund a penny. If Armoni Inn and Suites wants to make this right, please contact me. I'm attaching photos of what I dealt with. Just poor business all around. Horrid. Absolute horrid.
