Bubali was a great option if you're looking for local lodgings with some comfort. Pros: Fully furnished apartments Clean areas Stellar pool Outdoor sitting areas Central coffee station Cons: No daily maid service Inconsistent attendance in main office (did not follow posted hours) No binder filled with FAQs or basic information (ex. Stove and microwave share ONE outlet)

The best feature of this property is its relatively close location to the big Super Foomarket. 15 minute walk to nearest bus stop became tiresome. Office hours were unpredictable. Bathroom was tiny. No towels at checkin. Bed simple but comfortable.

This was my second stay there. They are friendly and very accommodating. The unit was the perfect size and was bright and clean. I love the new renovations to the pool area including the new BBQ! I will be back, but for much longer next time!

Overall a little underwhelming based on the reviews I read prior to our trip. The property and rooms need a little TLC. The kitchen range hood light was missing and the exhaust fan didn’t work. Some broken blinds and loose floor tiles in bedroom. They were working on some exterior painting and built a roof over the bbq, so some improvements were being made. The location was good. Overall everything was okay, not the 8.8 rating it had in the previous reviews.

Nice, clean units for reasonable price for a quick trip to the area. Room was small but even had a kitchen if needed. Pool on property is nice, though we didn’t use, since the location is close enough to walk to eagle beach.

This is by far the best deal on the island. perfect size apartment for a couple or 3 people. the location couldn't be any better. the best grocery store on the island is at your back door. the best beaches aren't far nor is downtown for the night life. i will stay at Bubali properties when i return back to Aruba. the kitchen was stocked with the right amount of cookware. the beach chairs and beach towels added a personal touch of home life. the local dogs were a bit loud at times but that's the only negative review i can give, not the Property owners fault. highly recommend.
