Rating: 1/5 stars I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Divi All-Inclusive Resort, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Despite booking a beachside villa with two queen beds, the front desk claimed that Expedia had cancelled this arrangement, leaving only a king-size bed available. This was clearly not the case, and when I asked for written confirmation, they refused. The lack of customer service was staggering. The property itself is only partially updated, with certain sections appearing neglected. The beachside villa I stayed in was substandard and in poor condition, certainly not worth the price. If you're considering staying here, I would advise against booking the beachside villa. Instead, request a guarantee that your room will be in the updated and recently renovated section. Alternatively, consider staying at the Tamarijn property, which I have heard offers a better experience. Overall, my stay at Divi was a disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

If i could give the service more stars i would. The staff really cared about our experience at the resort and even gave us advice when asked about where to go on the island. Rooms were good, but the beach was the highlight. The perfect place to dive in with the waves not too big and the smaller crowd made it an even better experience. Looking forward to coming back soon

Absolutely loved Divi All Inclusive. Clean fresh air, beautiful beaches just steps from the room! Best restaurants in any resort I have stayed. Great service from amazingly friendly staff who love making your stay the best it can be. Must do the ebike/snorkeling trip which is offered for free! Off property a must do os a UTV tour. All in all no complaints whatsoever just needs some updating, no big deal on that!
