We have been here twice. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about staying here. All the staff is exceptional and friendly. The staff are always willing to help and we didn’t meet an unpleasant staff member. There are so many things to do around here and you can walk all over. If you want to go somewhere that isn’t within walking distance, there are always taxis right there. The food is so delicious at all the restaurants on the property. We will be staying here again!

The Renaissance and its staff truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we checked in until the very last moments of our stay, my husband and I were treated like royalty. The spa was exceptional, and Flamingo Beach was absolutely stunning. The dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious choices. We also appreciated the seamless transportation to and from every destination, ensuring our convenience and safety throughout our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! This was the perfect setting to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, and we can’t wait to return. xoxo Shannon & Joe ❤️

Totally enjoyed the resort. Only thing is that I wish it had more than one pool. Otherwise, we had a great time. We did not do the all inclusive package however we did include breakfast and it was worth it.

Property was nice looking. Towels are extremely rough. Been coming to this resort for many years and the service at the ocean suites resort pool area was horrible the island was wonderful

The cleaning ladies got my son‘s Blankey that he’s had ever since he was a baby confused with one of their blankets and took it and it took three days to sort through all of all the Hotel’s blankets they refuse to do it I had to go out of my way and do it, and I wasted an entire day sorting through all of those blankets didn’t even give us somewhat of a discount. We’re just saying sorry and that was that it was pretty sad. This place has a lot of potential, but they need to learn how to be a little bit more compassionate and empathetic.
