Terrible place

DO NOT STAY HERE. I paid $2000 at check in on day two was locked out of my room due to a small balance. I had my baby and I’m pregnant 10 PM when coming back from beach we were escorted down by security and when spoke to the manager, she was no help very inconsiderate. I had to check out early and go to a much better hotel called ambassador Manor, which I highly recommend staying instead. Nothing says resort about this place. The lobby is hot as hell. They charge extra if u have children. THERE IS NO WAY THIS HOTEL IS WORTH $800 A NIGHT. Don’t stay here! If u value your time and money. There are so many better places to stay.

Perfect Location & Island Escape This beach resort truly offers the best of both worlds. It’s right in the middle of everything—just steps away from great local restaurants, charming shops, and lively spots to explore. Yet, the moment you step into the resort, it feels like a peaceful retreat. The highlight was definitely the private island experience. Just a short boat ride away, it felt like our own secluded paradise with pristine sand, clear waters, and total tranquility. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, with amazing views. Staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to help. Dining at the resort was excellent, but we also loved having the option to walk out and enjoy the local food scene nearby. If you want convenience, luxury, and a touch of exclusivity, this resort is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely experience at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort! We stayed in the Ocean Suites location which had multiple pools and a private beachfront. Our view of the ocean was so lovely to wake up to. We loved that the hotel had so many amenities and a schedule of activities for both adults and children. We had no idea about the private island until we arrived and that was a nice surprise! The room was very spacious and staff were so kind and helpful. The only things that we noticed for improvement was that the shower was a bit small (but the bathroom was large)- our elbows kept hitting the wall or the shower door and the towels are on the thinner side and can definitely use an upgrade. The robe provided is like a big warm hug! All in all we had a lovely experience for our babymoon and definitely recommend this hotel to others.
