Friendly owners and cleaning staff but motel room toilet kept running and the TV suddenly stopped working. Clean and comfortable stay though.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient, right by the highway 101. The hotel is old and needs work. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and they had a bucket under it. There was no chair or table in the room, only a bed, night stand, dresser, and TV on the top of it. I had to sit on a bed and put my food on the night stand to eat. Walls need to be cleaned and painted.

This place was clean and organized for a very much older motel. Would have loved to had a picnic table at the North end of the property so We could've sat and enjoyed the wonderful view of North Bay and the Sand dunes:let alone the sunset into the sea.. Just one suggestion change the Carpet in number 3. Everything else was great loved the bed

Wow old tired building but the management team here does a phenomenal job. Price is very reasonable showers are hot, TVs are new, large and many channels. The bed is comfortable the linens and towels are great and the room is cleaned to the best that an old hotel can be. Fridge is cold. This part is even better than the Fairmont, you walk out your door and there is a coffee shop in the parking lot and you are back in your room in 2 minutes with a hot coffee. Even the hedges are all trimmed. Unbelievable value that you can't appreciate by looking at the building.
