My reservation was for Beachfront manor, but turns out that it’s under renovation and “having plumbing issues” so they gave us a room at the starfish manor instead and called it an upgrade. It was dirty, hard beds, no screen on window that face the wall of the building next door instead of the beach. Had to leave the window with no screen open all night because there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The stairs down to the beach are a long steep puzzle and hard to find. The toiletries hooked to wall in the shower were empty. Overall, I really regret this reservation.

Tv didnt work for more than 15 min at a time. Front desk must be ovewelmed because they never fixed anything for good. No appologies or anything. Called and told them i left a bag in my room. They said they havent cleaned it yet. No call back no bag back. Horrible managing!
No signing in any area visible from the street to designate the hotel. We drove around in a rainstorm looking for the facility. Parked, walked to the door to read a sign that said checkin was a block away. Gas fireplace in room was not operating.
Fire place doesn’t work. Doesn’t have any heating other than a space heater. Owners don’t seem like they are trying to fix that. Other than that, unbeatable view if you are on the second or 3rd floor with hot tub. Right on the beach. Hot tub is nice, heats up to 104 degrees. Ready to go. Overall 4/5.
Do not let the pictures fool you. These pictures are not for this hotel. The king room is just a small box. The window is facing a brick wall. There is no couch. There wasn’t even a bath tub for my kids to bathe in. Tiny shower. We couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning.
