Outstanding location for walking to the beach, especially if you have a pet! The grounds are also perfect for quick pet ‘relief sessions’. The staff is outstanding, supremely knowledgeable and friendly. Easy drive to downtown Brandon along the beach route. Tons of options here, lots of fun!

we loved the view of the ocean from our room and balcony. We used the hot tub. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff in the breakfast room, at the front desk, and around the property were all great.

Old outdated hotel. Hair found in bathtub. No AC unit, so take that into consideration during the summer months. They do provide you with a tower fan. Staff was very friendly. Quick and easy access to the beach to watch the sunset.

Way overpriced!

This property was extremely overpriced. I feel like an idiot for paying. This is an old property close to nothing but the beach, in the middle of a neighborhood. It seems almost to be a converted apartment complex.
