Our handicap accessible room was large as was the bathroom. The sink and shower had been updated. There was a shower chair available. There was a nice view of the river. The breakfast selections were very nice and had cooked to order omelets available. Being an older hotel some noise from adjoining areas could be heard, but not too disturbing.

To say you have a balcony and then you have to go down to level one and not really have a view. Very pricey, but maybe that’s Florence. I usually rely on best westerns but now I will double look into what I’m getting into before I rent a room From best Western.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary along the beautiful Oregon coast, and we were fortunate enough to stay at Hotel ABC. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, providing us with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk were warm, friendly, and very resourceful. A special thank you to Angelic, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, my wife twisted her ankle during our trip, and climbing stairs became difficult for her. Angelika was quick to assist us, helping us switch to a wheelchair-accessible room. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during a challenging moment. We are so grateful for the exceptional service we received and highly recommend Hotel ABC to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay along the Oregon coast. Thank you again for making our anniversary memorable!
