The staff was very friendship, but the room itself wasn't the cleanest. We got in fairly late so we didn't want to have to deal with getting that handled late in the evening so we just made it work but checked out fairly early this morning.

I chose this hotel over others because of the ocean view and the good reviews. While the ocean view was nice, it wasn't worth the money that we were charged for our room. The room wasn't very clean. The carpets were very stained. The whole room smelled like a wet dog. It was very outdated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I don’t leave reviews, but Lincoln Sands is awesome. We have two kids, and they had warm cookies and hot cocoa when we arrived. Pool and room was perfect. It’s right on the ocean. It’s an older facility, but clean. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is what you’d expect. We wanted to stay another night, and plan to be back. Thank you!

great place for extended family or couple stay
older wing provides older rooms but much roomier and offer kitchens and two bathrooms. views from rooms are fantastic. easy walk to beach. chowder happy hour and breakfasts very welcome. we will definitely return and check out other ascend properties.

Property was clean. They were very nice. They had clam chowder in the dining area. The breakfast was good. The only issue was the room wasn’t ready for check in. We went to eat and check out the area and came back at 7. Still not ready. Waited in the dining area till after 8 before a room was ready. They said they were short handed.
