Some maintenance that staff were aware of didn’t get done in our room which is why we did not give an excellent review. Clogging toilet, shower head issue, and some kind of leak through the ceiling.

Excellent One Night Stay
Wish we could have stayed longer! We were greeted by both desk clerks. We were given a quiet second story corner room. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was strong! Beach access was wonderful with a convenient feet washing station on the hotel walkway. The free clam chowder and chocolate chip cookies at 5 PM were an added bonus. Morning breakfast was terrific. Lincoln Sands offered Coffee Mate in a pump bottle. My husband thought the biscuits and gravy was delicious. Again, I really wish our stay had been for more than one night.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay here! The location and view was stunning! Staff was super friendly and at your service. The complimentary chowder and cookies daily was worth the stay alone, and the hot breakfast was also delicious. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. That clam chowder and the view is why we will be back soon!

Wonderful ocean front room. The room has a fireplace, a balcony, and a soaking tub. The shower is very spacious and ideal for couples wanting a romantic retreat. The shower has a glass panel looking straight into the sleeping area. This is one of the nicer rooms I've stayed in on the Oregon Coast. Highly recommended.

A great place with ocean views and easy beach access. When we were there they were short-staffed (a common problem these days) but overall it was a great experience. The evening salmon chowder is worth a try! Friendly staff, accommodating.

Was traveling with my 94 year old Mom and had to wait over 3 hours to check in as our room wasn't ready. Very hard on her. Beds were very comfortable, cleanliness wasn't the best, rug had stains and there was hair on the back of one of the toilets. Kitchen had the very minimal in dishes, silverware etc. Unit was pet friendly and we saw many dogs while there for two nights. As it turns out we came back with fleas!!! My small dog is on oral flea medication and they were so bad she had to have a flea bath as soon as we got home. Too bad cause the location was great and the extras, like hot breakfast and Salmon Chowder nightly were great. Hotel was beautifully constructed and with a bit better care could be a "top of the line" go to destination.
