Horrible

The hotel was dirty , broken and overall disgusting. We couldn’t turn on the heat for fear of it catching fire and couldn’t shower as the towels were old and crusty and the bathroom was horrible.the furniture and curtains were all stained.

Mediocre, at best

Arrived, weary after 13+ hour drive, just wanting to crawl in bed. Hostess was friendly. Found that bed hadn't been changed in our room. Sigh... She came with sheets, but that was not a good beginning, to say the least. We should have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. Non-smoking room, yet next door guests were smoking constantly outside our door, so our room smelled like smoke. My wife's asthma flared up from it. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive, rundown place to spend a quick overnight, this might work for you. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere

The hotel was in a nice location, and the staff were friendly. The parking spots were super wide for larger vehicles, which is a bonus for a lot of people! Allowing pets was also a bonus for us. There's plenty of food within walking distance, but most places close pretty early in Brookings. Overall, I'd stay again if we plan to stay in Brookings again.

The staff was very nice and had no issues. The only thing was the place needs some more help cleaning. The floors were very dirty to the point of my kids feet turning black everytime they walked on it. Everything was pretty dusty. Over all it was a very chill and quiet place and i didnt feel unsafe at all just needs some extra cleaning

This is a very dated property, dangerous parking , the rooms are small and they have no AC the heater is a wall unit behind a chair, sketchy at best the TV remote does not work, bath has a shower mold on dealing and under tiles on floor. Good bed, somewhat clean but this is my worst room this year.

Affordable stay in Brookings

Convenient location in brookings. Free parking. Front desk check in was quick and easy. Room was clean except stains on the white comforter. Bed could have been more comfortable but for the price you can’t beat it

I always stay here for the night when I go to brookings. It's a nice quiet place. It's definitely older but you get what you pay for. Love the area, never had any issues. Always great customer service

This place needs massive updating done to it. The floors are coming up, walls are peeling at the base, staining in showers and on the floor. You could tell the attempt was made to clean it up nothing will fix some of the genuine damages other than a remodel. It’s shared as an “Inn” but it’s most certainly not even close to that. We won’t be staying here again.
