Room was very generous but there were issues. Fireplace smelled of gas and the darn thing blew up once it ignited! Shower was tiny and if you didn’t block the spray with your body it was all over the floor. The kitchen sink was leaking, the ice maker made a leaking water sound that was so loud you could hear it inside the room while sleeping. I put in ear plugs, problem solved. Then there was the homeless person van on Jacks sitting outside the main window. Loved the location and the free Tesla charger! It was a mixed bag for sure

The King Seaview at their courtyard location. It was in a great location a short and fun walk to the beach. You could even see the top of Haystack. Rooms and bed were amazingly comfortable. Service from front desk and management was top notch. We will be back!!

Good location but probably time for an upgrade

Can’t fault the location. Property a little tired and the cleaning of the kitchen /bathroom could improve. Bed comfortable and the area is quiet. It’s about 1 block from the sea.

The shower facilities were too small, poor, and uncomfortable, the sink was cracked, the bathroom facilities were generally poor, there was no refrigerator or coffee maker, and room was so cold that I had a hard time sleeping because of the bad smell when I turned on the heater. I often stay at hotels, but this hotel had the worst facilities for the price.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, and most things were in good order. However, there was one significant issue that stood out. While we were in the room, the maintenance guy unexpectedly entered using his key. He apologized, saying he wasn’t aware someone was in the room and needed to measure the window blinds for repairs. It was a bit unsettling, and I was disappointed by the lack of communication or notice beforehand. Aside from that incident, everything else was fine."

I loved my room, the kitchenette, the bed, everything. My fireplace didn't work, but otherwise everything was great. There is a heater, a fan that gets nice and loud for sleep, an extra blanket, iron, hair dryer.The ocean is less than a block away. The ladies behind the counter were the nicest people ever. ☆☆☆☆

Can't wait to get back!

I was only in town for an overnight on my birthday and could not have enjoyed myself more! The check in process was fast and easy, the price was ore than reasonable and the room! The room was very nice! A gas fireplace, a soaking tub and bed from heaven! My room even had a partial ocean view!

The room/furniture/decorations were beautiful but there was no counterspace in the kitchen nor bathroom to work with. VERY little storage anywhere in the room. Was disappointing.
