Clean and Comfortable

I rented 2 rooms and they both were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The surrounding area was safe and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

First I do not like no manager on site and you check in at another location. That is low class and tasteless The location is excellent can walk to anything, no one else was here so was quiet. Was clean and stocked fine, just glad no one needed anything as no hotel staff was there!!

I like the walking distance to the beach. Did not like that you had to check in at a different hotel. There is no A/C so had to have a window open and had people that wasn’t staying at the hotel agreeing outside. Then on the second night the power went off from the suite beside us using their microwave and they couldn’t get the power on, so we got moved to the hotel where we checked in at. Nice hotel, but a few mins into having a shower there was no hot water, so ended having a cold shower.

To check in we should drive to a different address. None to ask any question at the actual address. No chair in the room, nowhere to hang a clothes. No shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer. I'm happy that I booked this room for one night only.

Although we arrived on time, there was no one in the office and we go had to go to a sister hotel to pick up our key. Also, the room was very average with no amenities that make for a nice hotel stay.

Everything was great other than when we got there at 5pm no one was there to check us in. We had to go to another building and still no one. There were 5 separate parties waiting to check in. Finally someone pulled up carrying food, opened up and started checking people in. There was no apology or note on the door either.
