Beautiful views!

The view from our room was amazing!! We loved the little sitting area outside our room so we could take in the view. Front desk was polite and friendly. The property is quiet and there’s plenty of parking. Very pet-friendly! My ONLY criticism of the room was cleanliness. The floor definitely needed to be swept and mopped, and the tops of the baseboard heaters were dirty. The bathroom was okay but the shower needed to be wiped down more. If I knew the cleanliness of the rooms was stepped up, I would 100% stay here again!

Amazing View

We had a great time on our vacation. The view from our room was amazing. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. We liked the location of the property as well. It is outside of town, but close enough to the things we were interested in. We were disappointed that the restaurant is permanently closed but that seems to be the case with many restaurants in the area since Covid. Having the room serviced by housekeeping was only by request so no daily cleaning. No daily service was fine for us. It’s easy enough to request fresh towels. We stayed in the adults only building which was nice. We thought it would be super quiet but near by guests were playing music extremely loud. Fortunately that didn’t go on too late so it was fine. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

It was a nice room the only thing I didn’t like was the share balcony. I felt like if you want to sleep listening to the ocean you can’t leave curtains open Other than that great view and location

We really liked the views. That was the best part. We also liked having a fireplace and appreciated having our elderly dog with us. We were disappointed with there being no restaurant or breakfast. The pool was a good temperature but needed some serious renovations. Our room was decent but we found earwigs everywhere. The price was very reasonable, and these are the reasons why. The hotel is on schedule to be rebuilt at some time.

Disappointing remodel

I stayed here last year. It was pretty shabby but they said they were closing to remodel. They didn't remodel much! The floors were the same, the bathroom was still really basic, and the furniture was either the same or already damaged. It looked like they did repaint the exterior and interior but whoever did it managed to dribble white paint on the blue and gray walls. The bed was very uncomfortable so I don't think they replaced the mattresses. It's also quite noisy if there's someone staying in the room above yours. On the plus side, the view is till pretty fabulous and even though they closed the restaurant, they kept the pool.

The view of the beach was amazing. The restaurant on site has been permanently closed, the washer and dryer were out of order. We were also able to hear every step from the person above us, and hear them snoring at night. There was a fireplace in the room, which we enjoyed. There was also ample parking perfect if traveling with a trailer or RV.

The view and balcony are a great feature to the property. Pool area was a little dingy and our whirlpool tub wasn't clean. While using it mold started coming out of some of the jets, yuck!

Pet friendly, amazing views, cheap for a reason

The place is old, restaurant is permanently closed. Upon check in we received a note that its been due to be torn down & rebuilt but delayed for unknown reasons. The maintenance & overall condition look as you'd expect of a building due for replacement, and pricing reflected it too. Our only major disappointment was the lack of even a continental breakfast, I understand with the restaurant closed, a full breakfast would be hard, but it wouldnt be hard to put out some bagels and packaged cereals.

The room bookings were not correct. Room was advertised as dog friendly and upon arrival was informed it was not making us keep the dogs in the car. The stay was average with the highlights being the beach access and views. Staff was friendly
