It is an older hotel with good character, great service, great view, great breakfast. The rooms were clean and well equipped. They even served cookies in the lobby in the evening.. wonderful atmosphere and would stay again

Really wanted to like it
On the positive side, the staff was extremely friendly and check in was simple and quick. Breakfast was decent and the hotels location was great! Unfortunately; when we checked in, the first room they gave us has something in the sink that was really gross. They rectified it immediately and gave us another room. It was as clean as it could be, but so incredibly run down and worn it was unfortunate. The carpet was a little sticky in some places. The sink in the bathroom had rust where at the drain inside the sink. It was an okay stay. I do understand that they are updating the rooms. I would not stay again and wouldn’t recommend, but maybe it will improve when the renovations are completed. I

Great location within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Nice clean comfortable room with the exception of the bathroom fan which was a bit noisy and needed replacement. All in all a very satisfying stay.

Favorite trip we’ve taken in a long time. Room had a small kitchenette that was very convenient. We brought animals and they had lots of amenities for them. The room was carpeted but it was very clean. The location of this hotel was perfect as it’s right on the beach. I really loved all the attention to detail that this hotel provides. Breakfast was great as well!

Great location right on the promenade with a partial view of the ocean, so quick beach access. Friendly staff. Our room was clean and clearly updated. Bed was comfortable. We brought our dog and the room had a nice basket with some pet essentials provided. Great value for the price!

Great location on the beach. The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable. My only complaint is the sheets are a little scratchy. The hotel may be a little older, but it is well kept. I would stay here again.

I just wasn't too fond about how dirty the hallways were, and the fact that the windows in the hallways were all broken and filthy dirty so you couldn't even see the beach. It would be better to have a wall there than old windows.

The property was a surprise. A great surprise. The room was amazing and so was the view. The area was walkable and close to dining and shopping options. Also the beach was walkable and a great view to wake up too.
