Great

Our stay was great. We picked one of the rooms with the door facing the parking lot made it very easy to unload. Our room had a slider and you can go out on a dock and enjoy the water. Staff was great, professional and very friendly.

Hospitality was over and above great!

Front desk Manager (I think Amber) had the best personality ever and was very welcoming, kind, bubbly and thanked my brother who is a veteran for his service to our country. My brother remarked as a former business man Grimaldi that he’d hire the manager to work for him any time. She will akways be remembered by each of us!👏👍

The general manager was very rude, constantly talking over us when trying to sort out the reservation. Expedia also appears to have dropped the ball though. On night one, the friendly front desk rep Chris told us we had 2 rooms for one night but we only had 1 room for the second night. S Room A had 2 nights but room B was 1 night. Knowing this, we booked a second night for Room B (though the kids had to transfer.) The reservation was made and we were told to come back to the front desk the next morning to move the kids into the new Room B for night 2. The morning of day 2 we went to the front desk and got the key cards to the new Room B she the kids took their bags up there. We had plans and left after that. When we returned that evening, the general manager at the front desk told us now that Room A had only been booked for 1 night and that now we had to register again and pay for a second night. In addition, she told the kids they shouldn't have checked into the new Room B because it wasn't made up... so she asked my stepdaughter if the beds were made or not, my stepdaughter said no and the general manager told her that if the room wasn't ready then she shouldn't have left her bags in it. I told the general manager this isn't something to blame the customer for as they've mishandled the entire booking. The general manager continued to be rude, talking over us and calling everyone sweetheart, in so interactions.

The front desk was friendly and incredibly helpful. The 1st room wasn't cleaned at all, but the front desk quickly gave us a perfectly cleaned and upgraded room. Very clean and very comfortable for a great price!

A nice property and conveniently located. Check in process was smooth. Room was nice and we liked the tiled (no carpet) floor - it looked very clean. The only drawback was there were no hangers and racks for hanging clothes - one had to fold and keep clothes in drawers. Front desk was very helpful and suggested some good restaurants as recommendations and we picked one of those for the dinner.

Property was nice, the room was decent, for a place that is being renovated they still have alot more work to be done, the room had an odor to it, the bathroom door looked like the just keep painting it when it should be replaced, the shower had good water pressure but again looked old except for the shower head, for the price definitely not worth it. The best part was being able to see the fireworks.
