I was shocked at the terrible condition the room was in. The tub floor was all rusty. There was dirt in the entryway. So much so, we could write in the dirt. The staff was quick to clean that up, but now everything was suspect. We will not be back. Many places around offer better at a much cheaper price.

Waking up to the sound of the Pacific Ocean's waves was incredible. The front desk staff were very welcoming & pleasant. And the beds were extremely comfortable! Overall, a wonderful stay! Oh, and the restaurant next door, Georgie's, was phenomenal. Try their Seafood Fondue!

I loved it. The king suite with jetted tub is amazing. Only thin? Deadbolt should be higher up on the door. My little escape artists having that ease of unlocking access was a bit nerve wracking.

Wow where do I start. First off we checked in and got our room. Tried to use the tv and had to call front desk. I was advised there were no channels to watch only dvds. After I conducted a thorough inspection of the tv I was able to get the tv to receive channels. The front desk staff apparently was not informed about how the tv works. Second we went to front desk to get a couple of dvds to watch. Could not get dvd player to work the realized it was not connected to tv. I fixed that. Inside the room there were no extra towels on the 2 hanging in bathroom. No extra pillows and blankets as described in room pamphlets. The shower curtain was missing and there was black mold in the bathroom(I took photos). For what I paid for the room for 2 nights it was not as advertised on the website. I will not stay at this place again. There are many more options available and I feel like we definitely did not get what we paid for. Shame on you Hallmark.
