Still a gem, but needs some TLC.
I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has been one of my favorites. I really like the pool and hot tub area. I also like having pet friendly rooms and the value for the stay was great! Unfortunately the rooms and the pool area have worn down quite a bit since I had been here last. Breakfast was pretty sad and seemed like it might have been re-warmed from the day before. Hard buscuits. All in all, my son and I along with our 2 dogs had a great time and would stay again if the deal was right. We would probably just skip the breakfast. And go down the street to Pig N Pancake.

To be honest this was our favorite place to stay while in Lincoln City. These last 2 visits have been kinda poor, the rooms are looking more and more ran down with poor paint on the walls, one thing I do when I get into a room is check the heating/AC filters and these haven’t been cleaned for a very long time. The pool and hot tub are good but the new lighting is blinding over the hot tub, not knowing if they are in a state of repair the inner pool walls paint and drywall appear to be failing. Looking like we are going to be on the hunt for a new place to stay.

Worked fine for a one night stay - arriving after dark and leaving early morning. Older, but renovated and clean. Breakfast was very average. Hotel staff overseeing breakfast wasn't too pleasant.

Overall clean hotel nice staff. Went on weekend that all rooms where booked and hitel full the down sode is breakfast startes at 8am-10am by 8:45 they where out of alot of there breakfast items. Milk, creamer, yogurts, alot of stuff. Ppl where complaining and upset at the staff but the staff but we know it comes down to the owner approving them to go get milk and other stuff at the store. Staff just apologized not being able to do anything else. Thats why i gave it 3 stars. I picked the hotel due to location and breakfast which is on there' signage and my kids couldnt eat breakfast as they didn't have anything they would eat.
