This is an older but renovated motel. Inside is a bit dated, but everything is in excellent condition and good working order. There are printed instructions on tv, heat, alarm clock etc so there is no question about how things work. Very nice private motel.

Clean With Comfortable Beds

The motel was clean with comfortable beds. Excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly and would go the extra mile to help guests. The kitchen had all the basic dishes/utensils needed for cooking. We will definitely return!

Very friendly front desk staff, great communication before check in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen had full-sized fridge and stove and oven with basic cookware and utensils and nice details like coffee and aluminum foil. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again in a heartbeat!

This motel is a great option for a stay in Brookings. We loved the spacious suite which was sparkling clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the women gave us great restaurant recommendations - spot on! We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, even on a very busy night when the motel was fully booked. The locally-made bar of soap was a nice touch and it smelled wonderful. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well-stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The full-sized fridge was a nice plus. Also, every suite has free Netflix. The one downside is that the motel doesn't have any water views (despite the name). Also, I'd booked the motel months in advance and only realized when we arrived that the rates had been reduced, up to 20% for one of our nights. I felt stupid for paying more. So it's a good idea to keep checking them and rebook if you find a better rate.

Rented a 2 Queen bed room, 1 bed was in a bedoom, the other in the livingroom so it was nice to have a little seperation between beds. Kitchenette had everything you needed if you wanted to prepare your own meals. It was pretty quiet also, did not hear much noise from other quests. Staff very nice.

A great stay

Mid beginning of our trip we stayed and fell in love with the place and people and location. So we came back on our leg back home and stayed a few more days. It is so nice to have a full kitchen. Bed comfortable and room nice with plenty of space to unpack. Walking distance to the beach and the harbor and some restaurants. Mexican restaurant down the was so good! Cazadores nice atmosphere great service and food. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Stacey, Katy and Suzy.we would definitely come back too.
