Elevator issues

The room was nice. The worst thing was that they did maintenance on the elevator at 1:00 PM and we were on the 2nd floor. My husband and I both have hip/leg issues so the stairs were a challenge. Then when we came back to the hotel there was no sign that the elevator wasn’t to be used so we tried it and used it, when we went to leave again about 20 min later it wouldn’t work and found out they were still working on it when we got downstairs. It still wasn’t working when we arrived back later that evening.

I highly recommend the Quality Inn at Seaside if you're ever in the area and you're looking to explore the other beaches. It is close enough to the other businesses & restaurants at Seaside and is a short 15 minute drive away from Ecola State Park if you're in the mood for a hike. The staff at the Inn were extremely helpful - they are the main reason I'd consider staying at this Inn if I am ever in this area again.

The hotel is great – very clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only downside was that the room above mine was a bit noisy at midnight due to running footsteps. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

We came into Seaside from Portland very early (11:30am)..knowing check in was 4pm, on a whim popped by the Inn hoping they might have a room ready within a few hours. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and efficient. They got us into a perfect King room right then! They answered calls right away and were fast as lightning with any requests. Every member of the team was as pleasant as could be. The bed was so cozy and a this price point, we were over the moon satisfied. Thanks ladies!
