Had problems with the tv connection. Pillows were crappy. I checked out and tried to get a receipt but was unable to cause the guy told me I would get one by email since I made reservations online. I think I should of received a receipt when I checked out. The hotel should be able to print one even though I made reservations online.

Only problem was that they didn’t have basic cable. No CNN, FOX, ESPN, TBS etc. or at least the staff was unable to help. One person gave us directions which didn’t work. I don’t think he understood what I wanted. Another staff member simply said he didn’t know anything about the tv service. Thanks!!

Lovely stay

Nice hotel with a small indoor pool and hot tub. The view from the room is a nice view of the river and hills. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, abs the continental breakfast was more than just continental. Lovely stay

Overall is a good place and convenient, our issue was bathroom. They give us a handicap bathroom and we didn’t requested and to take a shower was a mess, and the bottle containers for shampoo and shower were empty.
