The staff was fabulous however the room we expected was not great, bathroom door would not close or lock, family of 5 so a locking bathroom door is essential, the jets in our jetted tub would turn on by itself multiple times throughout the night, the tv is going out so it was a pretty much a blue screen. Expected better because it is off season and it was an expensive suite, so this was a disappointment.

Room was good. Kitchenette didn’t have the essentials like paper towels or sponges, but good enough. The location was perfect, one block away from restaurants and shops. I thought the pet fee was a bit excessive compared to other places.

Great room with a fireplace and kitchen. Would have enjoyed a bit of a upgrade with TVs that had apps like Netflix and night stands or lights with usb plugs for chargers etc. Also, the pool closes too early at 9p. Maybe they could do 15 years and older 9p-11p??
