I have stayed in nearly every hotel in Seaside but this was my first time at SaltLine. It was a great stay! We even added an extra day to our vacation and changed our plans for NYE to stay there again. Centrally located and there really is an ocean view even though it is off the beach by a block. Pet friendly. A new favorite.

Tony was working when we checked in, and he was able to get us in early, which was a bonus! We originally just wanted to inquire about the parking pass they offer prior to the 4 pm check in time. So we unpacked and headed out, but not before indulging in a fresh from the oven, still warm chocolate chip cookie! The night proceeded without a hitch. The room was immaculate and welcoming, the view wad pretty good from the 4th floor. The ONLY hiccup in our stay was breakfast for Friday morning. Due to a staffing issue, there was no breakfast, and after being told their was an issue, they asked us our room number, and shortly thereafter, we received a partial refund for the inconvenience. Which really wasnt one, because Seaside has a plethora of breakfast spot options. The only other thing that wasnt perfect was the hot tub. It looks like it could use a good scrubbing, especially on the surrounding "tiles". Aside from that, the bed was comfy, the staff was excellent, the decor was modern and beautiful, tastefully done, and the array of informational pamplets and magazines with activities and places was nice! Thanks again to Saltline!

The livingroom tv worked with the bedroom remote so when you wanted to go to bed you turned off the tv in the bedroom and it turned on the tv in the livingroom. Not ideal but made it work. Nice hotel wish there were chairs on the balcony. The bathroom grout looks dirty maybe just put a different color grout in the bathroom to make it look a little nicer. Very comfortable stay all in all

Nice modern Hotel at the beach
We had a great 2 night stay at Saltline Hotel in Mid-November as a break to the coast. Got a great rate on Hotels.com for the Luxury Suite, King bed. This came with a sitting area that is separated by a 3/4 wall which is nice if your an early riser and don’t want to disturb your partner. Nice big bathroom with a jetted tub, good amenities including coffee, microwave and refrigerator. The room had plenty of outlets and dedicated USB charging outlets for all your electronics and the TVs had accessible HDMI ports if you want to bring your Roku, Chromecast or Fire stick to stream. Great big lobby where you can gather with friends around the gas fireplace, do work at some of the long tables. They also have a selection of board games, which was great since we happen to go down during a bomb cyclone storm (which, unfortunately meant we couldn’t use any of the outdoor amenities). We enjoy a rousing game of Yahtzee each night. They also have a fairly good free hot breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy, but enough to get you fueled up in the morning. Front desk people were friendly as well. Also, parking was plentiful and it located 2 blocks to the beach/Promenade walkway and to main street shops and amusements. The only reason I took off 1 star is that one of the reasons we like to do a mini break in the fall/winter is to spend time in an indoor pool and hot tub. At the time we went the pool was on the chilly side of a heated pool. Too cold to swim for me. And the hot tub was also under he
