Nice older updated place, only 40 rooms, parking is a premium. My only negative is like most motel/hotels, that the upper level room can be noisy from guest walking and playing around.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this property. Room had a jacuzzi tub, a fireplace, and a surprising addition- a bidet! Our porch had two chairs facing the beach, where we could enjoy some complimentary coffee and pastries that we got from the front office. Very quiet and serene location with the most beautiful view of both the sunrise and sunset. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lincoln City. Will only be staying here anytime we visit in the future.
