Horrible, do not stay!!!!!

We paid four hundred for an above office parking lot room, not an ocean view room as the website heavily portrays. BEWARE!!!!!!! Don’t stay here!!!!!

Great location on prom and beach with beautiful views from room. Property has no amenities, restaurant was under construction but is a short walk from center of town, and still quiet. Would be nice if hotel offered beach chairs and umbrellas Rooms need black out curtains, shades offer privacy but hard to sleep in when sunrises at 5AM. Otherwise, nice pkace

Great location

Nice room, comfy bed, and a great view. Location was great. It would have been nice if they had keycards instead of actual keys. The room was clean, but the baseboards are quite dirty and the bathroom door frame needed wiped down. Otherwise, great stay. I plan on staying there again next year.

Nice but only staffed until 9 PM

This is a very nice hotel. I do wish they had said upfront that they only staff the hotel until 9 PM because I probably would have chosen another hotel if I’d known, but they do have a workaround so I was able to get into my room when I arrived at 945 after my flights were delayed.

The location is excellent. The ocean view was beautiful but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t even take a clear pic. We weren’t told there would be construction going on on the floor below us…good morning to us with hammering and saws etc

I booked a 2 night trip. The listing stated that we were staying in a “luxury town home”. Upon entering “Ocean song” we immediately noticed a moldy musty smell. The carpet was not clean. There was evidence of a leak in the ceiling that they attempted to paint over. It felt hard to breathe. The paint in the room was not very nice and the walls and trim were a bit abused. There was a large gap under the door and on the sides where you could see daylight. The coffee maker and station were quite dirty and disheveled. There was a black fake press on nail in the kitchen under the roll away island counter but just within eyesight. The beds all had shaggy fur blankets on them and there were visible handprints where someone had touched them all over. We took a short walk and after obsessing over the condition of the room, I informed the front desk that we couldn’t stay there due to the room conditions. She did not offer anything but for me to call the owner in the morning. Hotels.com was great and attempted multiple times to get me a refund since we did not stay here. They were unsuccessful due to this booking being “hotel pay”- I contacted the owner myself and am awaiting a possible refund for one of the nights.

Wish there were more channels for kids on the tv. Windows were very dirty but could still see the ocean through them. There were loud thumps at night and a dog barking sometimes in the halls. Room was clean, and staff was very polite.
