We have stayed here many times thru the years but this trip was not so good. The first night we settled in to our room pulled back the sheets and my wife saw a horrible stain on our sheet. Not a good start called down to have someone come up and change the sheet and they said they had a sheet and would be up but she said she has never changed a bed. She brought it up and my wife and I said we would change the sheet ourselves she did asked if she could help. Then day two we didn’t have house cleaning clean our room and went on with our day. We came back to the Inn at a little after4 and asked the man if we could get another package of coffee and a extra towel sense we didn’t have them clean our room and he said that housekeeping was gone and couldn’t get us towels. Morning of day three came and it sounded like the room above us on the 5th floor was working out starting at 5:30. It wasn’t very pleasant especially for my wife. This trip to the Inn was not the best that we have had and sad because it opened the door to have to look at other options at the coast. Just going the extra mile on service didn’t happen on this trip.

Very clean and updated facilities. The only thing that was an issue for me was the very tight parking on the floor level of the hotel. Other than that everything else was great and the breakfast offered was decent enough for the price.

Pleasant but not as advertised.

The Hotel was clean,well kept and comfortable. As far as room service, it was only for breakfast and the was limited to a choice of 1 item from a couple categories. Free Continental breakfast advertised but you arent allowed to get all items offered. Hot tub was pleasant, we were informed that you had to book your hot tub time. We booked our time for later and went about our day came back and were about 15 mins early for our time andnnoticed that nobody had booked the time before us, and we took advantage of the extra time. One of the front desk ladies came out and recited the booking policy and said she had someone wanting to come in the hot tub. We apologized and finished our soak. We got out at 530pm and not 1 single soul got in the hot tub for the rest of the night.
