It was ok for what it is. It’s a really good spot but the whole place is outdated. The pool was not clean. The hosts were really nice and helpful.

Toilet leaked alllll over out floor, had to reconnect tubing for them. Light fixture was flickering bulbs, again had to fix it. All pots and pans had loose handles and there was a terrible smell from rotten food in the garbage disposal. What anlso appeared to be blood was on our wall. Also upon arrival the whole room smelled like cigarettes. View was nice though. New male manager seems very rude but front desk attendants were nice.

The room with the partial ocean view was just terrible and so different from the description on the web site. All the windows were locked and we were not able to let some fresh air in. Just one side table near king size bed, so I charged my phone on the floor overnight. It was just ridiculously bad and stupid, we overpaid for this stay and will never be back.

Lady at front desk.
First meet. Asked if I could get in early. It was a know,and might not even get you in at 4:00. She explained very busy. I said I understood. She did not look me up or anything. Little more to it. But maybe I set her off some how. I said to my wife maybe you can go back in and see if you can get a car pass,cense the parking lot is clear. So we could just walk around,and not have to move car. She was short with me,so curious how this would go. She came back smiling. But with no pass. I said how did it go. She was so nice to me. I said how the conversation go. I just told her I'm here early,and wondering if we could get a car pass while room was getting done. Now for the kicker. She says to my wife. Let me look you up and see if I can get you in early. Just five min. Before the gal didn't even ask my name. We just laughed about it. I had fun telling the story the next day to of the workers. The girls laughed and even new who it was. But a great stay overall. A man in the elevator was the nicest,and friendliest guy I have ever met at a hotel. He told us anything we need,he would help. Great conversation. They are doing allot of work. This place will be super great one day.

The property was well kept. But the pool needed a good cleaning.The staff was very nice and friendly. Dish towels would have been nice, drying dishes with paper towels seemed wasteful and inconvenient. But overall the room was great with a wonderful view

My wife is deaf so having captioning on the tv is important. On our tv it did not work. I let the front desk know and they sent the concierge to fix it. It took getting a tv from another room and he (Terrell ) did that with no problem. What a nice guy. More hotels should have service like that. The rooms could use some TLC but i think the new owners are trying. I would stay there again anytime.
