I really enjoyed the hotel it was a great value for the price and the view was outstanding.. I had an ADA room which was perfect to get in and out of but the tub was just impossible to get out of. I think a walk in shower would have been much better.. I must say Kim at the front desk was an excellent customer service person. She was friendly and very helpful.

Great view
The view and location were prime. The hotel itself is pretty worn down and our room even had broken furniture in it. The free breakfast was sparse, offering bagels, fresh waffles, yogurt and cereal, but that's it. My reason for rating customer service so low was that we realized within an hour of leaving that we left our fan behind in the room and called immediately. I had to leave a message and never received a return call.

Thanksgiving weekend getaway
Wonderful stay next time will get a balcony room. Wish there were muffins at breakfast but still was an excellent breakfast. Really need to add another toaster for the bagels that being said it was a very clean quiet room. Will recommend hotel to friends going to the coast

Siletz Bay Hotel 1127
The front desk reception clerk was really helpful to me. I decided to spend an extra night and she was able to accomodate me, but in a different type room. That was fine. However, the TV in the room #307 had a cracked screen. It only had sound, no picture. She tried really hard to find another TV, but ended up upgrading me to a suite just a few doors down. #310. I had stayed in this suite before and everything worked and was great. The continental breakfast has a good choice of food and drinks. The rooms are also very quiet and seem quite insulated to noise from other rooms. I had a wonderful view of the bay and a balcony. I choose to stay here due to the location and the many things to do and walk to. We had wonderful weather for Thanksgiving. I will attach a few pics that I took from my balcony.

Great Stay
Our annual Thanksgiving get-away. We've stayed here several times. The desk gals, Melissa and Kim I believe, we very helpful and friendly as I needed some assistance with my handicapped husband. The room was spacious, and we really liked having a couch to sit on. I found the bed very comfortable. Only weird thing was the chairs that went with table were very, very low. Clean rooms, good continental breakfast, great view of the bay and the sunset over the ocean. Only drawback was our last night, someone without a handicapped plaque, too the only available parking spot. So, I just dropped him off at the door, and picked him up by the door the next day when we left.
