My fiancé amd i loved everything about the hotel and the nautica room. The jetted tub, the beautiful view, the comfy bed, the super friendly staff, safe and nice parking area and literally everything else. The only issue we we had was there was a hole in the wall in our room from the bedroom door handle smacking into the wall previously to use being guests there. I let the staff know as soon as we saw it was there and they made sure to note it so we weren't charged for pre-existing damage. This hotel allows for a super relaxing romantic stay. We have 2 kids and wanted to be able to have a kid free get away for a few daya so 8t was nice to see they DO NOT ALLOW KIDS😁. Some othee things worth mentioning is that they have a his and hers shower (1 shower head on each side of the shower so you can shower together) they have ice machines, a small laundry mat, no A/C 👎 and thwy dont allow for candles which was a bummer. Besides that we had a fantastic stayand we WILL stay again!!

Pros: large soaking tub, ocean view, large room Cons: dirty room, no dining options near by, no services included at all (including no housekeeping), fireplace broken -it was really nice soaking in the tub looking out towards the ocean, but probably won’t stay again. Lots of scuff marks and scratches/holes on walls. Room wasn’t very clean, you could see the areas where they didn't clean the windows. Fireplace didn’t work at all. No housekeeping, no breakfast, no beach access, no ac. Kinda disappointed in this hotel.

We have stayed here before and had an amazing time and clean room. This time waa different. The room was dirty. Cobwebs in corners, shower was moldy, windows were dirty. The staff was so lazy and acted like they didn't want to help.

The rooms have been ungraded, nicely done shower is easy walk in accessibility, only one concern the light switch for the light over the jacuzzi does not work I think the switch is messed up on the wall. I would stay there in the future.

Beautiful property with amazing view right off the ocean, room was clean and staff was friendly. Parking is alittle tight with larger vehicles but plenty of spaces if used correctly
