My wife and I were immediately greeted with the smell of propane as soon as we opened the door. Called the front desk and they said maintenance would come check it out. Nobody ever showed up. The room was poorly lit and didn’t resemble the pictures in the listing. The toilet ran all night long and the gas smell was so bad we had to sleep with the balcony slider open all night to get some air flow

The room itself looked clean. The bed was a hard spring bed not a pillowtop as shown online. There was no A/C or even a fan. We had a courtyard king room. Which was misleading as it didn't lead to a courtyard but a small grassy hill in-between our room and the rooms in front. The room smelled like mildew and the balcony as well. We could see the ocean over the roof of the building in front of us. The pictures online are definitely deceptive as to quality. The buildings are run down.
