The pool and spa were not operating, the mattress and pillows were substandard, the room was advertised as a junior suite but wasn’t any larger than a standard hotel room, and the room had cobwebs on the ceiling and a layer of dust under the bed. The encore was paying $120.00 more for two nights over Expedias posted price, which I’ll now have to battle with Expedia over. We bailed after one night.

It wasn’t bad however there was hair in the bathroom around the toilet and dog hair in the bed as well as our keycard took 5 times to open the door including the other keycard as well the staff was super nice

Daniel & Raleigh at front desk were very helpful and professional. Rooms were nice and very clean. Small nightlights in the room and bathroom would be helpful. A "repair" on the end of the bedframe (room 217) was to glue an old piece of carpet over the end that was sticking out, rather than repair safely & correctly. Noise was due to location, not inside hotel.

The room was mostly clean. Some dust around the end tables and some smudges on the headboard. Otherwise it was okay. The toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it and the water pressure was not great The weekend hot breakfast was inexpensive sausage links and some interesting scrambled eggs, (felt like powdered eggs, but I am unsure). Check-in was patient when I was having problems with my card and the receptionist was efficient and knowledgeable. No view of the ocean. It felt ran down. Easy to find and accessible. Starbucks next door and pet friendly. Nice enough rooms. Would I stay there again? It depends. Not my first choice, but not my last either. Pretty middle of the road. We were not mad about it either way. It met our needs.

Cool, clean place. VERY comfortable beds! I want those mattresses. Didn't like how the breakfast you had to ask for a lot of the things like sausage, eggs, basically the hot food. It was kind of confusing not being the normal buffet style and not knowing that you have to peak your head around the corner of a doorway into a room to ask for a serving off hot food. Honestly, kinda weird. I mean it wasn't like you couldn't get the breakfast stuff but after figuring it out finally, I watched people after people walk in, just seeing cereal and muffins and thinking that's all there was. Then I'd have to get up and explain to them that they had to ask the person in the little room if they wanted some the other stuff such as sausage, eggs, you know, the basics. Just really confusing... But a nice, clean place to stay if you don't need an ocean front view. Oh... and the pool was very nice and fun as was the hot tub, just know that it is crowded.

This experience was interesting to say the least. Our reservation was for a double queen room with a couch as pictured but when we arrived the room had only 2 small chairs not couch and the air didnt work. They did accomodate and move us to a larger room with working air, but unfortunately when we walked into the room it smelled awful and like urine. Clearly the room wasnt cleaned. The owner i believe came and cleaned the bathroom. After my kids telling me that night they had crumbs in the beds and dirty blankets and sheet. We asked the next day if the room could be cleaned and bedding changed. The sheets on my bed were changed but not the bedding or my kids sheets or bedding. We also asked for the room to be sweeped. They half way sweeped but all the dirt from the floor was sweeped in the hall right out side our door to be tracked back in. They truely need to up the cleaning services. My kids didnt feel comfortable sleeping on thise bed with the dirty sheets and blankets. Other wise the actual matress was very comfortable and the people were pleastant.

Easy friendly check-in. Very clean and well ordered accommodations. Great assortment fiid and snack items in the lobby. Peshawn was especially delightful at the Front desk. Perfect stopping place in the coast for stores, food and a close to the ocean. Casino nearby also!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Starting from the min my reservation was confirmed with the lies about the amenities and continued the duration of my stay with a very dirty room a TV that didn't work and staff didn't seem to care to fix it also a very dirty bathtub. A maid just opened my door on my 2nd day and on and on. Very unhappy

There were a number of problems. Hot tub and pool closed. Lights out in room, funky smell, freezer section of refrigerator badly needs defrosted, sofa in room was very worn and appeared dirty (I refused to sit on it). Front desk frequently unmanned. Coffee was gone at breakfast and I couldn’t find anyone to replace it. I will not return.

Pool and hot tub closed. The website did not alert us. Even the reader board sign at the hotel advertised “indoor pool” When I explained this to the front desk staff they seemed annoyed and didn’t really care.
