Bathroom mouldy, superficially clean - I suspect because cleaners won’t be allowed enough time to deep clean; smell of mould from drain was overwhelming; kitchen splashback not over clean

Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills.

We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about our experience. Thanks so much, and we hope to stay with you again some time in the future.

Nice clean facilities, quite modern interior as well. Good location close to stadium.
