Avons séjourné à quelques reprises au Manoir. Dans les dernières années, l’état du complexe s’est beaucoup détérioré. Le mobilier extérieur est défraîchi ou brisé, piscine et spa ne sont pas beaucoup entretenus. Les chambre sont propres et correctes mais des améliorations sont nécessaire. Le buffet déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix exigé. Heureusement, le personnel est courtois et très serviable malgré tout. Ils sont peu nombreux pour donner un service à ce niveau.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons eu une belle expérience, mais l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas durant la première nuit elle elle était vraiment pas forte les autres nuits. Aussi, la chasse d’eau était brisée. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’une mise à jour. La piscine extérieur était pleine de bibitte. Mon enfant c’est quand même beaucoup amusé et le déjeuner était délicieux

The property is nice but the buildings need some TLC. Our AC unit made a very load knocking noise - not usable. I called the front desk for help and was told to turn it off. Fortunately, the evenings were cool enough to open the sliding door and cool the room. We were on a higher floor so I was too worried about safety. Not sure I would stay here again. The property and the surrounding area are beautiful.

Bien, mais un peu fatigué, besoin d’entretien

L’accueil s’est bien déroulé et rapidement. Le personnel est vraiment courtois et serviable. L’hébergement devient de plus en plus désuet, l’entretien de l’établissement n’est pas au rendez vous. Les installations (piscine et spas) sont ok sans plus. J’ai douté de la propreté des spas. Le set up a l’extérieur avec la petite plage et le lac est très bien. Par contre les embarcations auxquelles nous avons accès gratuitement ne sont pas toutes fonctionnelles. Il y a des paddle board qui se remplisse d’eau, un pédalo dont un des bancs est absent, etc. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre 2 fois. La première chambre, il y avait des boxers abandonnés sur le balcon et les draps étaient tachés et il y avait des cheveux. La deuxième chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et dans notre troisième chambre, il n’y avait pas de sceau à glaces. L’établissement est bien en général, mais commence à être fatigué. Le déjeuner buffet américain était très bien pour le prix 22$. Le service impeccable. L’endroit est aussi bien situé.

Rooms are rundown. There are very limited amenities and everything is so worn down or broken. Our door needed to be slammed shut in order for it to properly close. The “spa circuit” cannot be called that. It’s literally a hot tub, a cool tub and a wooden sauna shed for 3 people. Indoor hot tubs are filthy. The outdoor pool also is not clean at all. Sun chairs are broken and falling apart. I expected a lot more for a property like this. The pictures are misleading
