The Inn was very nice and the room was comfortable. The owner was nice as well, and the breakfast was wonderful. Cute town and area. Be careful when booking a room. We booked a specific room and paid more for that room and expedia assigned us a different room (less expensive) upon arrival but charged us the same price as the upgraded room we have book. Overall, still highly recommend.

Cozy, Comfortable Weekend
This a a small inn owned by a sweet young couple. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. They were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Everyone was so friendly. They've only owned the Inn since March and they are doing a remarkable job. It is an old property dating back to the 1800's. If you're looking for modern, this is not the place for you. If you want, cozy, comfortable and friendly, this is your place.

You can't go wrong here !!!!
we enjoyed the Inn at Oriental. The room was really cool. The whole place takes you back to a more relaxed time. Tastefully decorated and functional. We loved the different areas to relax, from the outside gathering area "with refreshments" to the sunroom and the really cool living room. Our room was super comfortable and the breakfast first rate. Kate is a great hostess.

Upscale Andy in Mayberry feel to neighborhood. Restaurants and downtown area walkable or ride their bikes. Happy to find comfy indoor and outdoor areas to just hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lots of thought and effort go into keeping you content.

They made sure our stay was pleasant from the very minute we entered the property. The property was peaceful, room was calm and nice, just like the pictures. Everything was within walking distance from this place. We walked to Lou Mac Park in the evening and continued our walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Loved our stay here and would recommend this place, and we would be going back soon.

In the past month, July 2024, I have stayed at the Inn twice while in Oriental on personal (boat) business. Both times I was more than pleased at the Inn's friendliness, cleanliness, and convenience. It's a happy place with a friendly dog to welcome you. Very cozy, very inviting.

Great B&B, with friendly hosts.
Lovely B&B in an older building, but beautifully decorated. Rooms are very comfortable with many little touches of amenities. Kate & Dustin are wonderful, friendly hosts. Breakfasts excellent, homemade treats. Everyday different. Will definitely stay here again.
