Nice place not sure if the nearby hotels has same quality with better prices

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Great location. Reasonable price and very friendly staff!

This is my favorite hotel ! Rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful ! I Love it here !

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Not only an amazing location and just minutes walking to the beach.. Check-in and valet were quick and easy to manage. We received 2 drinks and breakfast coupons for our visit. We stayed in the second building and happily utilized the rooftop pool (make sure you check it out). The room was clean, cool, and equipped with a personal patio. The bar had friendly tenants and exceptional (add delicious) drinks! The breakfast bar was fresh and full of options from eggs to yogurt to bagels to waffles.. and did I mention the bold coffees 10/10 recommend!

PCH is a nice hotel in a great location along Ocean Ave. in South Beach! It's mix of Art Deco architecture and vintage decor is in line with most hotels along the hospitality strip. Being within walking distance of bars and restaurants that stretch for several blocks as well as Washington St. shopping district is a plus. The beach and Lummus Park's fitness amenities and running paths are literally across the street! Check-in and out was pretty seamless and friendly. You can earn a free cocktail by leaving a review during your stay. The included continental breakfast is a nice touch and is a light way to fuel your morning and rest of the day. The pools are also great, especially if you get up to the rooftop one in Building 3, which has amazing views. Table/bar service can be a bit slow, but is friendly! Our room in the middle building on the ground floor had an A/C leak which caused paint to drip from the ceiling as well. Front Desk had someone deal with this though and it didn't appear to be an issue the rest of our stay. Photos of the rooms on Expedia seem a spacious 500 sq. ft., but can be a bit misleading in my opinion because they feel much more cozy than that...the separate living area is completely taken up by the pull out bed if you need to use it...but having two TVs is great and bathroom was very spacious. Our room's fridge was perfect, but the outer doors had an interesting configuration...you couldn't close the fridge without banging one of the outer doors.

Would be nice to have coffee available earlier than 7:30am for us earlier risers Older motel, coffee was our biggest issue, otherwise it was fair for the price point!
