I stayed 1 night because I was in town for my cousins wedding. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I was able to adjust the heating to my liking, and they actually had a message on the tv screen that said Welcome with my first name included! Such a beautiful gesture. I didn’t get to use the indoor pool but I did enjoy the breakfast I had the waffles yogurt and eggs all were delicious. This room itself was gorgeous especially the bathroom! I will definitely recommend!

Good Spot for a Short Stay
Great spot for a short stay at the price. Clean space. Comfortable bed. Chair as the desk was not good, so it did not allow for much work at the desk. Bath was nice, but low heat and pressure from the water source was a minus. Very good location for restaurants, diners, etc.

This was a wonderful hotel during the week but Friday and Sat were very noisy. We were there for 10 days dealing with a family issue and experienced two weekends. They really need to enforce the quiet hours posted on the front desk and no big parties. People walking in with coolers and balloons again another posted rule.

Hampton Inn Orland Pk was very clean, staff was professional and attentive and the breakfast was very tasty. Definitely will go there again if the need arises or just for a quick and quiet weekend getaway.

We were treated disrespectfully by the breakfast staff and the front desk lady. I paid for breakfast and didn’t get any because they closed the breakfast area prematurely at 9.30 and shood us out like we were unwanted vermin. When we said the review will be truthful they told me they didn’t care and to move away they need to close the door

The staff were generally very nice but the room was not well-cleaned. They didn’t service the room despite my request—i had to ask several times to get it once despite being there 5 days. The breakfast did not have enough food for the crowd—-they told us it was from 7-10 and then the kitchen manager decided to close it at 9:30. When people complained, he told them he could close it whenever he wanted to. The next day, they told people 30 mins before it was supposed to close that they were out of food. The work out room had a broken Peloton that was obviouslly much older than the hotel, and there were no cups to get water from the water cooler in the fitness “center”. To top it off, there was a fire alarm that went off, probably due to someone vaping. What a s-show.
