This new hotel is super clean and convenient to shopping. The break fast was good. One downside: the room doors are heavy and very loud. We could hear other people’s doors slamming late into the night. And the worst thing: checkout is noon but a housekeeper knocked on the door at 11. At 11:05 she knocked again because she wanted to clean the room. Despite her language barrier I explained that checkout isn’t until noon. A “do not disturb” sign was already on the door. This was rude of her and an invasion my our privacy. The front desk staff apologized but nothing else was done.

There was an issue with room reservation. Booked (2) queen beds received (1) king bed room. Hotel said that room selection was not guaranteed when using 3rd party reservation. Never had this issue before but it was take room provided or reject room and request refund from 3rd party booking agent. Very disappointed with this take it or leave it. Hotel recommends booking direct next time to insure room reservation.

Its a newer hotel compared to the other Hampton inn at Tenly park. Very clean and bright. One thing i have to complain about is that breakfast ended at 9am instof 10am, so we went down at 8:30am and the eggs were finished and the attendant said there isn't anymore. She started up packing stuff up before 9am and closed the door at 9am.

Great hotel
Excellent stay- hotel was so clean and clearly new or newly renovated. The bathroom was huge and I loved all the details like the shave bar and the pump and soap instead of the annoying bar. Breakfast was great as well!
