When I first arrived at check in at 4pm, the cleaning crew was still there so I had to wait over a hour and a half until they was done. So I didn’t get to check in until 5:38pm. Secondly when I finally got in. It was pieces of hair throughout the bathrooms and rooms. 3rd problem was the water in the kitchen sink smelled so bad that we couldn’t even use it. It literally smelled like a dead animal was in the pip line. And the fourth and final straw that did it for my family and I is that we paid for 4 nights from May 7th-11th and on the 10th we went out to a birthday dinner just to come back and the door wouldn’t unlock as if they changed the code to the door or something! So on top of all that we had to sleep in the car on the 4th night! When I reached out via phone, email, text messages nobody was sent out to assist us! Even though they claim they have a 24/7 emergency line it went straight to voicemail nobody called back or anything. All of our stuff was in the house and to make the matters worse we had to catch a flight a few hours after. So that morning around about 6am we decided to check the windows and surprisingly one was open. And all I asked was they refund us the night we couldn’t get in the house and all they had to offer was a 10% discount on our next stay with them! The experience was bad from beginning to end be caution before booking with this shady company!
