Staff was very helpful and the sky bar is awesome to have just an elevator ride away. Breakfast was good but not quite worth the 21 a person charge in my opinion.

I love that this hotel is centrally located in downtown Orlando near the KIA center and the Dr Phillips Center. My favorite touch was the rooftop bar and outdoor lounge! The only con is that it close too early. I recommend it stay open until at least 2 am.

Overall good experience however they never came to clean our room.we ensured our privacy sign was off door. Property seems to be understaffed had to bring own luggage down after waiting iver 15 min for bell hop.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s also in a great location—within walking distance to the Kia Center and plenty of food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
