stayed at Aloft Orlando and would recommend it partially. While the room design and amenities were modern and appealing, my experience had some setbacks. The shower in room 302 had very low water pressure. Although the issue was reported and temporarily fixed, it returned. Additionally, the area around the room was very noisy at night, with people singing and playing loud music, which disrupted my rest. It’s a good hotel overall, but I’d suggest requesting a quieter room if you value a peaceful stay.

Great contemporary hotel, beautiful design, great location. 3 min walk to Disney Theatre in Dr Phillips Center. The only thing I don’t like was valley -$28 and extra fees to pay it on line - really steep and not convenient . However overall experience was great

Not as happy as I would like to be :(
My spouse and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend in Orlando. We have stayed at this location before and truly fell in love. We stayed in a corner suite that has been a favorite room of ours (no matter where we travel, the corner suite is in our hall of fame). However we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were hand and mouth and other body prints on the windows. The upper head boards were dusty and other hand prints could be seen there. On Saturday evening, while applying my make up, a roach was walking across the bathroom counter. Also, the bathroom towels had frayed edges and were clearly worn. There were other signs of age in the room but that is understood because the property is not new. However it was obvious that housekeeping does not CLEAN the rooms and there clearly isn’t an eye for detail. We departed that stay a little saddened because we love the property but I had to be honest to give an opportunity for improvement.

The staff took care of everyone through Hurricane Milton. The state required that all hotels accept pets. So the staff made sure that families and their animals were taken care of during the storm. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Dark curtains kept the room dark. Mini fridge. Common areas decorated nicely. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great experience.
