Avanti motel on I-drive

It is an ok motel. Not a resort at all. My check in was rough. There were 2 employees. 17 people in line in front of me on a Saturday night. They seemed to be arguing with everyone. It took at least half an hour waiting in line. Room did not have close parking available. Doors open to the outside, so noise and concern for bugs a real although I didn't see any. You can see light coming in around the doorframe at night. Very noisy even though I was on the 2nd floor. People partying outside my room on Monday and Tuesday night. The room was clean looking at first when I entered the room, but the blankets across the beds were dirty. The bathroom had a lot of mold. Poor condition of paint and beds were old broken down and uncomfortable. I stepped in something sticky on the floor at least twice. Our towel rack fell off the wall and hit my foot. Ran out of toilet paper. Only supplied 2 rolls for 2 adults for 4 days. They only come every 4 days to replace towels without an additional charge, so they never came during our stay. This place was disappointing at best. Would not stay here ever again or recommend to anyone unless you are looking for a flop house on I-drive.

Everything about this hotel was terrible to the dirty room, and the hotel right next to the highway and the rude staff i would never stay here again. Worst hotel I ever went to.

Checked in around 11:30PM. Get into our room and it has a horrible smell. We could see dirt on the table under the tv where it had not been cleaned. Then we pulled the blanket down and there was hair on the bed by the pillows and in the middle. When I called the front desk all they could do was give me a sheet to change it myself. Proceeded to tell me there was no pillow cases available to change the dirty ones out. After some back and forth they gave me a new room. Went into the new room and the lock was messed up so we had to prop our suitcases up against the door so it couldn't be opened. The bathroom was dirty and had black mold spots on the ceiling and spots on the floor looked like it was never mopped or cleaned. The beds felt as if they were 20 years old as they gave in with no support. No comforters on the beds. All that was on the beds were fitted sheets, 3 flat sheets, and a decorative half gray overlay thing. Very very grossed out and would not suggest this hotel (more like a motel) to my worst enemy.

DIRTY!!!!!!

This place is just GROSS!!!!!!! Don't let the picture of the pool fool you this place is DIRTY!!!!!!!! I should have known it was bad when I went to check in and I saw multiple guest coming to complain about their rooms. I saw people getting refunds and booking in other hotels. I saw guest changing rooms etc etc. Once I arrived to my room I could see why people were leaving at 11 at night to other hotels. My room was NEXT LEVEL GROSS!!!!! I called the front desk and the "manager" tried to gaslight me that she had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned other guest leaving the hotel due to dirty rooms! lol laugable because I myself spoke to the other upset guest. I did not like that she LIED! All they did to make it right, was give me back the $20 "resort" fee. Which is funny because this place is NOT A RESORT at all! And they gave me breakfast bouchers. That was it! I have no idea what happened to this place but save yourself the trouble and stay litteraly ANYWHERE else! Hope this helps another family avoid a ruined trip!

Too Noisy At Night

It is a decent resort with good amenities but it was so noisy at night that we had trouble sleeping. We could hear the people in the rooms next to us as if there were no walls between us and we could hear the traffic on the highway....all night long.
