Had no hot water unpin arrival, told front desk who was lovely to deal with, had some hot water on second day and none on the 3rd. Can hear everything in hallway and out windows like construction and trains and their whistle.

Overall good stay

Overall great stay. Can definitely tell the Renissance purchased a previously owned hotel and put their touches on it. The only thing worth mentioning is the bathroom and shower floor were dusty/but dirty (hard to tell because the floor is black, but I always take it upon myself when checking into a hotel to wipe the bathroom floors with a wet towel, and the was hair and dirt leftover. Housekeeping may have rushed) Lastly, staff and customer service was A+++!

I had a great experience during my stay. Manuela at the front desk has superb customer service and was extremely helpful. All the staff was friendly and nice. The room was great and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had at this resort was the hot water. After a long day in the parks, we wanted to take showers. The problem was there was no hot water and front desk really did not care.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have stayed in in Orlando, There was no hot water in showers, the bathroom lock was faulty resulting in the door locking and not being able to re open. The amenities are not up to Orlando standard, they charge you a fee and all they have is a very old pool. The rooms are old and outdated. Will not return

Really fun and enjoyable hotel. Both bars are fun and the pool area is fun as well. The only downside is you can hear interstate traffic while you’re trying to sleep. Awesome hotel but you’ll need some white noise to really sleep well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Disney Springs is within walking distance. The staff are super nice and friendly. Our room was spacious and quiet. We didn't like that the elevator doesn't tell you what floor you're on or has a sign that tells you you must use a key to select a floor. The store could be way better and offer more snacks, food and drink options. Instead the focus is too much Disney and kitchy souvenirs. Also, the coffee shop is hidden in the back. It should have a front and center focus or way better advertised.
