What this property lacks in amenities they attempt to make up for in friendly service, but fell short for me, enormous resort fee and parking fees. We arrived later than expected and there was nothing open for food. Unfortunately, the front desk doesn’t have access to the gift shop. And was closed. So we couldn’t even buy a box of Ramen noodles or bottle of water if we wanted to. Not even vending machines available. Everything around us was closed and definitely not within walking distance. The only thing we could do is order Domino’s.
Upon checking in, they claimed to “upgrade” our room, however, I paid for a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. We were given a very small room with two beds and NO pull-out couch. Too tired to go back to the front desk, I mentioned this the next day and all they offered was to move us. I was not packing everything up again. There were no available ICE machines anywhere, and other travel sites listed that the pool was heated, the pool was in fact, not heated and extremely cold. The hot tub is super small, fit maybe 4 people. The pool bar never opened, and everything in the “arcade was for an additional fee.” even though this property advertises, lower nightly rates, they absolutely make up for it in fee’s.
