Save your money and stay elsewhere

The hotel is pretty basic and feels very outdated even though the hotel claims that they recently renovated everything. The rooms seemed to have a musty stale smell to them Honestly I’d you are looking for a very basic hotel that offers a bed and nothing more I suppose this is ok. But if that’s the case you can find better for cheaper

Shuttle service from airport was no longer provided and was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so paid $25 US for taxi. Breakfast included but not I wouldn’t recommend. Waffle House next door. Area not great.

Convenient? Yes. Nice? Meh.

The mattress was maybe the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. The Waffle House next store was PHENOMENAL. The staff was great. The breakfast was alright. The hotel itself is dilapidated and literally falling apart. The baseboards in our room were falling off the wall. The lobby had missing ceiling tiles. The renovated spaces felt shoddy at best. The hallways were super dark. Overall the room itself was nice. It was fine for a 1 night stay. Would I stay for more than 1 night? No. Also, the guests were all very rude at breakfast. We regretting not going to Waffle House again!

Under construction. A lot of dust. Room and halls smelled of fresh paint. Working/painting until 9pm. Ridiculous. Hotel looks nothing like the photos shown on expedia. However, convenient location to airport.

For an early flight out of Orlando this hotel is less than 10 mins away. The room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and super nice. The Taco Bell close to this hotel was by far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had!

I booked this room because they offered airport shuttle, but when I called a couple days ahead of arrival, I was told they no longer offered that service because they used the money to renovate the hotel. Sorry, but I paid for that service, it should have been honored

What a nasty hotel!! The entire place is under renovation. They gave us a "brand new room" which had supposedly just been renovated and painted. The paint odors were overwhelming, and at first they said they could not move us but finally did. The television did not work and the woman manager was rude to her nice desk employee who was trying to help me. The dining room was under construction, and lousy assortment of breakfast items. Crowded area, noisy street and no sidewalks to walk to the nearest restaurants. Very disappointing for what Sonesta used to represent!
