The guy at the front desk was very nice but this hotel isn’t anything at all like the photos. It’s very rundown, very dirty, and very loud. I feel bad writing this because all the staff went above and beyond for us, but the condition of the hotel is terrible. The door to the bathroom was rotting and moldy. The carpet smelled and was worryingly damp. The beds were alright in all fairness. Lots of nicer places in the area for similar money. I’d go to one of those next time.

The property was completely different from the pictures displayed. It smelled of rust, mold, stale cigarettes and smoke. The atmosphere felt and looked unsafe, and the sheets were damp. It was the worst experience I have ever had. You could not pay me $100kto stay there!

When I booked this hotel it said there was a shuttle bus to the airport. I asked at check in and was told that the hotel had been sold in September and no longer had a shuttle. So a cab from the airport cost me $22 dollars and then another cab in the morning $25. I could’ve stayed at a much nicer hotel for that $47 . One that had a shuttle! The woman at the front desk acted like she didn’t know how to call a cab so I called it myself. Also are room key never worked. We told them several times and each time they recoded it and said they were undergoing renovations. On the morning of our flight, we had breakfast and went back up to our room to get our luggage. I called a cab and then we couldn’t get in our room yet again. I went down to the desk and she recoded the keys yet again. Back up in the elevator and back down the long hallway. Still didn’t work. Down to desk agin. Repeat process again. Finally I asked for SOMEONE to open the door. She told me that the maintenance man would be in shortly. I told her that I had a flight to catch and someone needed to open the door NOW. If you are having this big of a problem with your door locks, perhaps renovate those first. It was very frustrating and irritating to deal with this before flying for 23 hours. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

Good for a one night stay. It is in need of some refurburshing. When I went to the washroom first thing I seem was a cockroach in the tub! Its a good price, and free breakfast was decent. But I wouldnt stay more than one night. Friendly staff

Even though the hotel is obviously under renovation the photos online were quite deceptive and the room was unsatisfactory and the water in the shower was extremely cold and the door key cards were a constant issue.

When I turned on the light in the bathroom in the middle of the night roaches ran out from under the towel on the floor. 2 of them. We took a video and showed the desk on checkout and they shrugged. Disappointed.

Staff seem unable to manage their reservation. Then angrily places the blame on 3rd party bookings. It became very apparent who was at fault after discussing our reservation with the staff who was responsible for the overbooking. Thank goodness for the 3rd party. That’s who set things right.

Currently under construction and not listed on the site when making reservation. Dumpsters taking up parking places and construction vehicles. Got to hotel at 6 pm and told my room was unavailable as they were still cleaning and nothing else available. Several other guests told same thing at this late time of day??? Wi-Fi not working due to construction. I would not have chose this hotel if I knew this. Sign in lobby says this will be for several months…. Be aware
