It's a good, cheap option for a stay near the airport. Bed was comfy, room was fine. Staff was very friendly. Definitely needs an upgrade, but you get what you pay for. I was happy with my stay.

Very helpful staff. Emil from the front desk was very accommodating. Kayla was a really trying to help get us a cheaper ride and we really appreciated her efforts even thougb it did not work out. Be she was awesome. Will stay in this place again if given the opportunity.

People left bad reviews, but honestly they were good value for the money. The pool wasn’t open, but they at least had chairs out you can sit by. The older gentleman upon checkin were hard to understand and I realize one was newly hired. But Corey, the morning shift made up for that. He at least answered my questions and apologized. We had a renovated room and were not bothered by construction. The breakfast staff don’t speak much English which is a downside when they don’t understand what you ask for. Fresh fruit would have been nice. The location is good for airport but really doesn’t have any shopping facilities near by. Airport shuttle would be handy to have again.

We had a great stay for two nights before our cruise and plan to stay one night before we fly out after the cruise. Great breakfast (too bad there wasn’t any sausages) but great scrambled eggs and bacon along with other things. The coffee was the deal maker. An actual espresso machine. Fantastic

Traveler BEWARE . Complete misleading pictures of hotel rooms I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. The room had a strong mildew and mold smell that was overwhelming, making it hard to breathe or feel comfortable. To make matters worse, there were roaches both in the bathroom and the bedroom, which made it impossible to relax. The shower was completely unusable—rust stains and a chipped tub made it look like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in years. To top it off, there was drywall missing in the bathroom, leading into the hallway, which just added to the rundown, neglected feel of the place. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering staying here—this place is not worth the money, and it’s a health hazard.

Staff were very nice and helpful 24/7. The rooms itself were clean but beware there was a cockroach in the restroom, on the sink behind the tissue box, and I was dealing with it for a while so finally I called front desk and they switched me rooms. The hallway carpets are quite dirty and the third floor hallway has big cracks in the wall, one can see the plumbing. Breakfast is included and it was good (eggs, sausage).
