Quick 10 minute walk to entrance of Sea World, clean room, comfy bed, nice pool. Only drawback was breakfast- pretty much limited to bagels, muffins, apples, oranges, and 4 cereals.

The property was good overall. The only two problems are the air-conditioning is not working well or set to high. The room got very hot at night. It shuts out to fast. The breakfast selection can have to few more items to it. Only beagles or cereal is provided.

Area was beautiful. And its close proximity to seaworld and aquatica was beneficial. Wifi however was slow and had issues with my keycard access to the pool. Had to complain on three separate occassions. :(

Customer service was awesome... but the problem with the hotel was that the pictures really dont show the reality of the rooms (big disappointment) and there where ants in our room.

This is definitely not the ‘by Hilton’ property. The front desk said water is just for Gold or Platinum members while it shows available in app for Silver. We asked for laundry bags and they didnt have it. The bath tub nozzle was coming out and water was getting clogged. The beds were not good, and there was itching from bedsheets and quilts. So much noise from beside rooms and outside, we couldnt sleep at all and were tired. Regret booking this property, not at all Hilton standards. Only positive is for the price it is convenient location.

Loved this hotel. One of the quietest hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were really clean, bed was comfortable and staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Their complimentary breakfast is more like a snack. We were disappointed by the little choices they offer. There was no hot breakfast at all, only bagels, cereal, juice, coffee and that was a killer for us. The hotel is a bit old, seems they remodel the rooms. We stayed in a 2 double bed room and it looked big on the picture, once we came in we were bummed out it was pretty small.
