Our room on the ground floor was next to the airconditioning system for the hotel hence it was noisy and we had a restless night sleep. The hotel / room was a little tired, fortunately we only stayed the one night. The best thing about the hotel was the location.

Itā€™s very close to the theme parks, it has free parking and itā€™s clean. The staff was not very nice. The breakfast was awful, just a beagle with cream cheese. The elevator is in terrible shape.

Great Stay
We were in town for business conference. The hotel was clean, staff were very nice, safe area. The breakfast was good. No complaints and I would definitely stay here again.

Certainly excellent location. Few minutes to Universal and Disney and free parking is a plus. However, room itself is small and kinda smells like those old hotels. The bathroom walls were dirty and the water has funky smell. The bathroom lights was flickering on our first night but was replace right away in the morning. The front desk staff were not as welcoming or didnā€™t even say hi or acknowledge us. theyā€™re mostly talking/watching on their phone. except for the guy the mostly work over night, heā€™s nice and helpful. Breakfast is okay. No hotmeals just cereal and bagels and the coffee taste like water down coffee. Overall, our stay was okay.
