This is a very outdated facility. Old ac machine that is very noisy. Walls paper thin, so can hear your neighbors conversation and their marijuana. Terrible.

this was my first time ever booking a hotel and well i was not very impressed. the room was disgusting. mold in the bathroom. bug fell from the ceiling and the floors were disgusting. the water temperature was bipolar, you could put it on the hottest setting and it would be freezing but if you moved it over even a hair it would melt your skin off.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY

Very sad to write this bc I’ve never had a bad experience at any other BW. This hotel smells like mold, the bathroom had hairs all over the tiles. The tv although “smart” only had a few sports channels. The service wasn’t good either they never got around to helping me move to another room or clean my room again. Location is convenient, only 8min to universal studios, hotel has a cute pool, gym, and restaurant/bar. I hope they fix this place because it could be great.
