No hay balcon con las nuevas habitaciones remodela
Recepción impecable y rápida. Estuvimos en el 7mo piso y la vista era fenomenal. Lastimosamente en la pagina de hoteles indica que hay balcon y no es cierto. Las habitaciones estan remodeladas muy bonitas y limpias.

Modestly priced for the area but just OK
This is clearly an overflow hotel for the Caribe conference center next door. Not remarkable in any way. Suites are fine. Clean rooms, if small. Beds are hard but pillows are full sized. Amenities at this hotel are minimal and mostly assume that if you want anything more than basic service you will walk next door. Morning free breakfast is poor and rigidly monitored to ensure no one takes food back to their room. Pool is tiny but you do have privileges next door. Bldg is oldish and one of only two elevators was out our entire 4 day stay. It is close to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Be prepared for a non-refundable $19/nt resort fee and $50/nt hold for incidentals. A standard Lyft to the Springs or Magic Kingdom is about $25 and to the airport is $40-50 depending on time.

The hotel is convenient. Check in was easy, staff were friendly, hotel facility's were kept clean. My only complaint was that I had to ask them to vacuum and sweep the bathroom. We had a 10 day stay and it was evident that sweeping/vacumming was necessary but they did not do it until I asked.
