Very Nice hotel. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Unfortunately we were not able to swim in the pool or eat at the Indian restaurant but it sure smelled delicious

The worst customer service ive ever seen. The owner decided to reserve the rooftop so I wasnt able to use that. He then had all of his guests park in the reserved spots for the guests after I had already parked there. I came back from dinner and valet told me i can go park across the street but i will probably get towed if i dont get it out of there soon. So instead of being able to sleep I had to worry about getting towed all night. Then to make it even better the balet told me “dont worry your truck is black they shouldnt tow that and laughed.” When i went to the front desk they didnt know what to do and did not help at all. The owner of the hotel should not even be allowed to own hotels as he puts his friends above his guests who PAID TO BE THERE. I requested a refund because I wasnt able to use any of the hotels services and was told it was not there problem. Unbelievable.

I was not impressed with the property. No parking available and the staff was always lacking energy. For a fairly new hotel it’s improperly maintained and extremely expensive for what it offers. The only good thing about it is how close it is to Universal Studios

Rooms were clean but there was only one restaurant that only served middle eastern cuisine. It was part of the lobby with no divider so it had a funny smell. i evacuated there during a storm and when i requested to use common area to work, i was told i would have to pay $500 to use the desk. That was extortious. When i asked to extend my stay for another day, the guy charged me more money so i had to switch hotels in the middle of a storm during 40 mph wind gusts and they guy at the front desk seemed unconcerned. The stairwell was also unlit during a storm and was hard to navigate. Seemed like a fire hazard in the event of a power outage. I would not recommend this hotel.
