The hotel is in a super great location. The only issue is that there is a weird smell in the hotel room and hallway. Other than that, the hotel is nice and very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you

It wasn’t the worst nor the best. Only 2 luggage carts to use, slow elevators, 1 microwave made in 1970 & over priced snack bar for snacks and drinks. The good was the location, staff was friendly, comfortable beds, AC worked, clean property & reasonably priced.

The pillows were comfortable! The only thing I felt could change is the initial smell when entering the hotel. They have a restaurant by the entrance, so that smell mixed with the air freshener just does not blend well for me. But the place was very clean and comfortable.

The Hotel staff was not pleasant at all I had to evaluate due to the terrible hurricane in Tampa and the treatment I received made my mental state worse, it free of cost to be a kind person as you are the face of the hotel and whoever in charge teams to have a talk with their team. I walking in my room and there was a weird smell as if the room was cleaned with a dirt towel I had to go get some cleaning supplies to do a wipe down as the smell was to much for me. I’ve stayed at many Cambria’s in different states and this was the worse experience.

Cambria was a great find! There is a direct walking path to universal studios which was awesome. The rooftop restaurant and pool was closed the whole time we were there which was a bummer. Their in house Indian restaurant has amazing food!!

In completely honesty. The only staff that was a delight was Barry. Other than that the stay wasn’t the best. The tv wouldn’t work as the channels would freeze and be stuck for quite some time. Other than that the need to have to call for any service like room cleaning is beyond me. The bathroom would leak if used the shower for too long as well. Wetting a lot of out supplies we brought along. Causing some damage to my partners hair equipment which we have to replace. If at any moment I can be offered a refund of the stay or a refund of one of the nights I would heavily appreciate it as we think it was not worth the stay and would have rather just booked a holiday inn where we would have better service and amenities.
